Harle-Tsu was developed by Lawrence Ringo of the Southern Humboldt Seed Collective...

It's a cross between two high CBD strains, a Sour Tsunami male and Harlequin clone.

CBD levels can be up to 20%, with up to a 20 to 1 ratio of CBD to THC.
