An ancient variety originating from the zone of Guadeloupe Martinique. Fil Rouge is very special for French Touch because it's a pure landrace, which has been requested by enthusiasts of cultivation so they could have fun making their own selections and crosses. Sativa 100%, with a indoors flowering period of about 11 weeks, grow it in pots of 5 litres and do not wait too long until you switch to flowering.
We suggest you to not exceed 20cm in growth phase and decrease the N from the 2nd week of flowering. Outdoors harvest, if your conditions allow it, will be in late October or early November. Do not stress the plant with sudden changes in temperature, hours of light or over-fertilization and select your best examples eliminating rare phenotypes or hermaphrodites.
Within the different phenotypes of Fil Rouge we have been delighted with its sour, forest fruits-like odour. The buds are not very compact but the buzz is guaranteed Sativa! Enjoy cultivating this savage Fil Rouge!
