This weed plant is a crossing of strong female Buddah Ballz Kush and Citrial Paki. The mother plant is known for its wide leaves and huge buds covered with resin while the father plant is a short but strong and bushy weed. The combination came out with Drive-By Kush, a short and wide bush. It has fairly strong THC level content and the buds can produce a good yield of 4 oz. The flowering time of this marijuana strain is within 7 to 9 weeks. It is an indica dominant strain (75% indica and 25% sativa) which is ideal for indoor growing. Its size is perfect for those who have limited enclosed growing space. Drive-By Kush grows well and mighty with any water based growing method. Its strong stoned effect serves as an excellent nerve and muscle relaxant. This potent pot plant has a clovish and hash taste that calms your senses.

When breeding herb, many go back to the IBL's for the expressions they seek. Or, begin with them, mix'n the Sativa with the Indica, creating some interesting herb.

The Mamma = With my "Buddha Ballz Kush" I began with a Fruity Thai, crossing strain with an IBL Ghani male. I got very lucky in my attempt, found an incredible female with an individual expression that totally knocked me over. She was so different from what I'd been playing with. Bottom line, she was a clove tasting, wide leafed, huge budded plant, covered in crystals expression that I'd not seen before, or again. I grew and cloned this plant for 10 years. Over time she lost some of her personality due to the many reclonings... even thou I make sure the Mothers get plenty sunshine for at least 3 months a year. The clove taste was being reduced year by year. She still had plenty of POP, but wasn't tasting as sweet as she had in her beginning. To be honest, this is but one attempt of the many hybrids I've created using my BBK as a female.

The Daddy: I chose a Citrial Paki for this crossing as he was an impressive example of what a IBL plant should be. These guys are tough boyz. They are smaller, wide plants, that produce a consistent appearing plant, but of many different qualities, or expressions. I'd received the Paki from a defunct breeder that was a major player in the 80's. I've again reshared these Paki beanz with loads of peeps that I've hooked up with over the years. During the seed production process, I use lots of Liquid Seaweed, as it produces some impressive beans that are dark, well formed, and highly viable.

We'll have to wait and see what becomes of this hybrid when grown out. My expectations are very high to be sure. In there will be a super clove tasting plant that is better than the BBK. That is the goal, to improve the line, or to regain the amazing taste that BBK has. For those interested, I have lots of the IBL Paki Citrial to share with young breeders out there.

Male: IBL Paki
Female: Buddha Ballz Kush
Height: Shorter, stout, wide
Weight: 2-4 ozs
THC: Strong
Scent/taste: Hashy, Clovish
Bud Density: about a 7 on a 10 point
Flowering: 7-9 weeks, depending on Pheno
Sativa/Indica: 25/75
