The Seed Bank was founded from Neville Schoenmakers. He create some classics, based onto some Cultivators Choice Genetics and also on the old American cuttings (like Big Bud, Hash Plant or Northern Lights). In 1991 The Seed Bank was closed and Ben Dronkers founded the New Sensi Seed Bank out of this old genetics and his own Sensi Seed Club.

May 1, 1987Our line of Hash Plant seeds originated with a cutting of the original Hash Plant clone, one of the top indoor varieties from the Northwest USA. The seeds from this clone, fertilized with NL#1, resulted in the strongest, most resinous plants that we have ever grown. The quality of the finished bud was astonishing; these are undoubtedly the most potent plants in the world at the moment. The buds finished beautifully, even under lower light levels, and they were quick, finishing in 50 +/- days of flowering. Every seedling was excellent, and 1 out of 4 was truly outstanding. The seeds now available are the result of an backcross of a male from this generation back to the original clone. This should therefore result in 50% outstanding Hash Plant types. An absolute must for the connoisseur, but please handle with care, inexperienced smokers may have problems.
