The Seed Bank was founded from Neville Schoenmakers. He create some classics, based onto some Cultivators Choice Genetics and also on the old American cuttings (like Big Bud, Hash Plant or Northern Lights). In 1991 The Seed Bank was closed and Ben Dronkers founded the New Sensi Seed Bank out of this old genetics and his own Sensi Seed Club.

For sheer yield and hybrid vigor, this is the best yet. Huge buds, excellent resin, taste and high. The flowering period of this hybrid is generally much shorter than the original Big Bud, with some seedlings finishing in 45 days of 12 hours of darkness, although the shorter-flowering plants give the biggest yields. In fact, Big Skunk has the best indoor yield of any tested variety. Plenty of variation to choose from for cloning.
